Gina Estep

Gina Estep has more than 25 years of experience in real estate development, land use planning, and economic development, working in both the private and public sectors.  As the Economic Development Director for the City of Renton, Gina’s focus and vision center on planning, designing, and implementing economic development strategies and opportunities than enable and create economic growth, vitality, job creation, and improved quality of life for Renton’s business community, workforce, and residents.  She believes public-private partnerships are the key ingredient to drive success in placemaking and sustain economic vitality.
