ABOUT LONGACRES

In December 2021, Unico Properties purchased the Longacres property in Renton from Boeing for $100 million. Their $1.5 billion,150-acre mixed-use project is anchored by the Seattle Sounders FC headquarters and is situated next door to the Tukwila Sounder Station and its 13-minute commuter train trips to Downtown Seattle.

The site in Renton now contains nearly 1 million square feet of commercial office, a daycare facility, central utility plant servicing the campus, and +50 acres of developable land.

With the Sounders as the key anchor tenant and community partner, Unico cast a bold vision to recreate Longacres as a transit-oriented district. The new development will eventually include 3,000 apartment units and retail along with the big business expansions.

Don't miss this exceptional opportunity to see the progress made on the project.
