After an early decade-long career in marketing and public relations, Tiffini moved into commercial real estate in 2004. Starting in 2006, she has been named a CoStar PowerBroker® 15 times, consistently recognizing her as one of the top commercial real estate brokers in our market and nationally, and the most awarded in the Seattle market. In September of 2016, she was named as a Bisnow Power Woman in the digital media company's first-ever Seattle edition of influential women in commercial real estate. Tiffini served as the 2020 Board Chair for the Commercial Brokers Association Board of Directors, the largest commercial real estate member-organization in the country, with over 4,500 broker-members in two states. She has been on the board since 2016 and is currently serving on the Executive Committee. In November of 2020, she received Connect CRE's 2020 Women in Real Estate award, honoring her role in helping guide her clients through the early days of the pandemic and for strategically shaping the future of her company.
As of 2022, Tiffini has worked on well over 1,000 completed transactions including anchor, junior anchor, shop space, ground leases, build-to-suits, mixed use applications, stand-alone, new construction, and investment sales, and currently represents more than 3 million square feet of commercial space and land. Tiffini has been a guest lecturer at the University of Washington's Foster School of Business, a mentor for the University of Washington's Aspire program through the College of Built Environments, and in 2021 and 2022, she served as NAIOP Washington's retail sector mentor and judge for their collegiate Real Estate Challenge. She has been an expert panelist for industry related organizations such as CCIM, the Appraisal Institute, the Commercial Brokers Association and the Downtown Seattle Association.
Tiffini holds the advanced Managing Broker's license in the State of Washington and is a 1994 graduate of the University of Washington.
