RICHARD KOLPA

Richard is Senior Vice President, Market Officer, overseeing 20M SF in Seattle. He is directly responsible for all aspects of leasing and overseeing management of the portfolio. In addition, Richard works closely with the Capital Deployment team to strategically grow the portfolio through off-market acquisitions and development.

Prior to joining Prologis in 2010, Richard was co-owner of GGL Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc., focusing on landlord and tenant leasing. Prior to GGL, he was a partner at the R.J. Hallissey Company for 11 years. Richard began his career in real estate working for Equitable Real Estate, a global pension fund advisor.

Richard is a member of NAIOP, and is a licensed real estate broker in Washington State. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Washington and Jefferson College.
